Sooner or Later is the latest single release from Hope Springs forthcoming EP. Surging rhythms and pulsing guitar sections are entwined with melodic interludes and the evocative lyrics are delivered with a sense of urgency and expectation.
Having previously recorded in 2013 their single On The Boat, Hope Springs returned to the Sunshine Coast’s premier recording facility Heliport Studios to record the latest tracks with the help of the skilful Elliot Heinrich on audio duties.
Sooner or Later signals a progression for the Sunshine Coast three-piece rockers and showcases their distinctive sound honed from their solid live performances which have earned them a spot at the upcoming Big Pineapple Music Festival in May. Their appearance at the triple J-supported festival will be followed by an east coast tour to road test bunch of new tunes. Catch them Sooner, not Later.
Hope Springs are Tim Lee (Guitar, vocals), Josh Lee (Drums, vocals) and Dan Parkinson (Bass).
